Hi all. I've started this blog as a way to share a bit more about Sysaly and the world of data as a whole in a more dedicated forum.

Firstly, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Oliver, and I'm the founder of Sysaly.

Before founding Sysaly, I did extensive market research to determine common pain points that businesses face to come up with solutions that I could provide using my knowledge and experience.

Primarily, I am an IT and data compliance expert. I have worked in multiple industries and roles over the last decade, most recently in business banking compliance.

I found that many businesses were struggling with their existing data solutions. Why? Because they were having to juggle compliance regulations that are becoming increasingly stricter, protecting data from threats that are becoming more sophisticated and dangerous, and trying to find the correct way to store different types of data.

We live in a world where people like to come up with unique solutions to very specific problems. Businesses often see this as an opportunity to solve their individual problems with such solutions. The problem with this is that you are now dependent on multiple products that do essentially the same thing but for different purposes. You use services that help you store customer data securely, manage inventory stock, incoming deliveries and much more.

These services work out of the box, they have the functionality that you want, they are generally quite cost-effective even if they require a subscription. So what's the problem?

I've seen countless examples of businesses having too many different solutions for different problems. Legacy systems that barely function, systems that don't communicate properly, systems that require more manual input than should be necessary, systems that don't process data in a secure environment and more.

What are the potential implications? Almost always financial. Companies are losing money that they don't need to lose. They are having to hire additional staff just to keep up with admin work and maintaining systems that shouldn't be necessary.

For smaller businesses especially, this can collapse your business. You may be saving money in the short run, but I promise you there's a better way. I want to build a company that doesn't just focus on smaller areas, but provides a broad expertise to solve as many problems at once as possible. Utilising tools that are right for your company, and minimising financial waste.

Can it be expensive? Yes, it takes longer and requires many different skills to build a unified platform instead of using existing platforms that work out of the box, but this where we come in.

Sysaly is a new company. We have everything to prove to you about our competency and why our solutions are the best way forward. This is why I am about to offer something that very few business owners would ever want to do. If you're a small business owner and you're reading this, come talk to me. I will offer you my time for free, to discuss your business in detail and help you work out what areas of your business could be improved with different data solutions. I won't solve your problems for you, but I will help you to understand the best way forward at absolutely no cost.

Please email me at oliver@sysaly.co.uk or fill out our contact form and I will get back to you asap.

I do this to show how committed we are to our ethos that there is a better way to handle your data. I want to show that you deserve better, regardless of the size of your business and the resources you have available.

I am looking forward to hearing from anyone who wants to know more, please do get in touch, and I promise it will be worth your while.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I know it's a lot, but I wanted to share a bit more about myself and my company.
